A wake up call: this talk should send you to sleep!

If you feel tired, you’re not alone. But you might be shocked by the damaging impact poor sleep has on both your health and the economy. Professor Vicki Culpin explains how one small change could make you happier, healthier and more productive.

Vicki Culpin is currently Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Ashridge Executive Education, part of Hult International Business School, having previously held positions at Dean of Faculty and Global Director of Research.Vicki is passionate about well-being, and has spent over 15 years researching this topic with a variety of individuals including forensic populations and employees. She is often featured on radio and in printed media across the world, and frequently writes for the practitioner press as well as academic articles.

Her latest book, ‘The Business of Sleep’ is published by Bloomsbury, and is the topic of her TedX Hult talk.Vicki studied Psychology at Manchester University, followed by an MPhil and PhD in Psychology from Lancaster University and an MSc in Applied Forensic Psychology from Leicester University. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a Chartered Psychologist and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
